2002 - 2010 - The Leap
Sindhu’s early career was a decade of quiet transformation.
From night‑shift call‑centre floors where she learned resilience and empathy, to data analysis where she discovered clarity and strategic thinking, and finally to leading automation teams at ANZ Bangalore -each step strengthened her foundation as a thoughtful, people‑centred leader. This chapter represents the years she turned raw experience into capability, and capability into confident, purpose‑driven leadership.
2010 - The Australia Chapter
Relocating to ANZ Australia expanded her understanding of retail lending operations. Managing diverse teams taught her how operational excellence and empathy come together to create seamless client experiences.
2015 - Founder Mode
Redundancy became a turning point. Instead of returning to the corporate path, Sindhu chose entrepreneurship, stepping into mortgage broking with the discipline, systems mindset, and courage of a leader ready to build something meaningful.
2015–2019 - Brand School
Working within national franchises sharpened her industry expertise and reinforced the importance of autonomy, speed, and uncompromising client advocacy values she would soon embed in her own brand.
2020 - Eagle Home loans
Sindhu launched Eagle Home loans, a practice founded on clarity, education, and reliable execution. Her leadership style calm, honest conversations, and client‑first approach learned trust and referrals that fueled organic growth.
2021 - Building the Backbone
As the business expanded, Sindhu recognised the need for sustainable growth. Established a skilled offshore team, embedding training and quality frameworks that kept her client‑first ethos intact.
2022 - Lifting Others as She Rose
In 2022, Sindhu expanded her impact beyond her own business, co‑founding the Australian Business Support Network Inc. with two fellow leaders, Dr Sonia Singh and Geetanjali Gaba. This milestone represents her commitment to empowering multicultural entrepreneurs, creating platforms where small businesses could be seen, supported, and celebrated.
2024 - Stepping Into New Frontiers
2024 marked a year of bold expansion. Sindhu and Moses co‑founded two new ventures – Zephyr Estates Group and Zephyr Hospitality Group – reflecting their evolution from business operators to multi‑industry creators, building opportunities that extend far beyond lending.
